Three workshops, one through-line: leave with something that actually works, not just a better understanding of what AI could theoretically do.
Getting started, without the overwhelm.
An introduction for people who know AI is useful but haven't made it work yet. We cover the basics of how these tools actually work, what they're good at (and what they're not), and end with a hands-on session where you set up something real.
You'll leave with a personal AI setup you actually understand, not just a list of tools you should probably look into.
Three exercises for the hands-on session — pick whichever feels right. Each is a copy-pastable prompt you run directly in your AI tool of choice.
Save the answers into a file as you go, and you've got the start of the context file you'll keep coming back to.
Download promptAim it at one folder you know is messy — like your downloads or your desktop — and ask it to tell you what's in there.
Download promptConnect your calendar, inbox, and a weather feed, then schedule it to run on Monday morning so you can see what shows up.
Download promptGoing deeper with Cowork and real workflows.
For people who've got the basics and want to go further. This workshop is centred on Cowork — Claude's agent mode — and what becomes possible when you move beyond single-turn chat into sessions that can read files, take actions, and run on a schedule.
We'll cover how to set up Cowork projects properly, how to build repeatable workflows, and how to connect AI to the tools your team already uses. You'll leave with at least one workflow that's actually running.

Agentic AI and building things that last.
The advanced track. This one is for teams that want to build, not just use — custom tools, agentic pipelines, and AI that operates with real autonomy inside your organisation.
We'll get into what's genuinely possible right now versus what's still hype, how to think about risk and oversight when AI is taking actions, and how to build for the long run rather than the demo.

All three workshops are available as private sessions — in-person or remote, tailored to your industry and where your team currently sits with AI.
